A fight at Disneyland prompted by a dispute over line-cutting left a father visiting from Washington state with a bloody gash over his eye and his crying teenage daughter screaming \u201cstop hitting my dad,\u201d according to social media posts about the incident.<\/p>\n

The Disneyland fight broke out on Dec. 30 just before 1 p.m. in the queue for the Indiana Jones Adventure dark ride at the Anaheim theme park.<\/p>\n

\u201cA group of people were waiting in line at Indiana Jones when another group cut through the line to catch up with other family members,\u201d Anaheim Police Sgt. Matt Sutter told KTLA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Disneyland Guest Health Services team treated one of the two male guests involved in the physical altercation in the Indiana Jones Adventure queue, according to Disneyland officials.<\/p>\n

A series of Reddit posts detailed the blow-by-blow of the Disneyland brawl.<\/p>\n

The fight started when a \u201crude and disrespectful\u201d family of six \u2014 two parents and four kids \u2014 cut through the line of Indiana Jones Adventure, according to Reddit user Appropriate-Cover846.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt seems as if one guy was saying something snippy about them cutting through the line that caused the other guy to blindside him and start beating on him,\u201d Appropriate-Cover846 wrote on Reddit.<\/p>\n

Several Disneyland visitors tried to stop the assault that lasted about 30 seconds, according to Reddit user @ImaginaryBag1452<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe managed to get some hits in even with people blocking,\u201d @ImaginaryBag1452 wrote on Reddit. \u201cThen he stepped back a bit so others did too. That\u2019s when he jumped in for one last sucker punch, which drew blood.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was incredibly traumatizing,\u201d wrote Reddit user @Visible_General_8283<\/a>. \u201cThe older man was covered in blood on his face.\u201d<\/p>\n

The line-cutter and his family ran off after the brief fight, according to @ImaginaryBag1452.<\/p>\n

\u201cSeveral people were able to point him out to security,\u201d @ImaginaryBag1452 wrote on Reddit.<\/p>\n

\u201cDisney staff closed the line and sent staff to scrub blood off the floor in multiple spots,\u201d wrote Reddit user @Visible_General_8283.<\/p>\n

Disneyland gave the victim\u2019s family free Lightning Lane passes for the rest of the day in the park and a voucher for a new shirt to replace the one that was \u201csoaked in blood,\u201d the wife wrote on Reddit<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The victim\u2019s wife and 17-year-old daughter shared photos on Reddit of the injuries and said the man who received five stitches for the gash on his forehead was \u201cperfectly okay\u201d after the violent incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy hubby is a solid rule follower,\u201d the wife wrote on Reddit<\/a>. \u201cI told him it takes strength and tons of discipline not to swing back.\u201d<\/p>\n

The suspect and his family left Disneyland before officers arrived, according to Anaheim Police.<\/p>\n

Anaheim Police have strong leads on the identity of the suspect who is believed to be a Southern California resident.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf they find them, we plan to press charges,\u201d the victim\u2019s wife wrote on Reddit.<\/p>\n
